Blair Heffelfinger, M.Sc, MBA
President & Chief Executive Officer
Blair brings a strong and relevant microbiology background to TerraBioGen as well as a successful career as a senior executive in a wide range of industries including biotech, cleantech and engineering. He is a proven manager of development stage companies and this experience will play a critical role in developing and implementing TerraBioGen’s successful business strategy. Mr. Heffelfinger holds an M.Sc and MBA from UBC.
Bob Nowell
Chief Financial Officer
Bob has had over 25 years in senior financial management positions. His experience with publicly listed technology companies is particularly valuable to TerraBioGen He has broad management experience beyond the accounting and financial sectors and has been active in community and not for profit organizations
S.R. Prabhu, M.Sc.AG.
Chief Technical Officer
Prabhu joined the TerraBioGen in 2003 as Senior Research Scientist and brings over 20 years of R&D experience in soil microbiological and bio-processing technologies for use in agriculture and environmental management. At TerraBioGen, Prabhu is primarily responsible for strengthening R&D initiatives to investigate the prospects of optimizing the EATAD process and development of research base for new lines of biological soil fertility / plant health promoting products. He has completed his Ph. D requirements at the University of Mangalore, India in Agricultural Microbiology.
Mack Van Dyk
Plant Manager
With TerraBioGen since its inception in December 1993, Mack has been a key employee throughout the years of research, trials and development of the TerraBioGen Process. He co-managed all aspects of the construction of current facility in North Vancouver and during the past 16 years has been primarily responsible for the operations of this Facility as well as waste infeed collections management.
