Henry Bow

Mr. Bow joined TerraBioGen with almost forty years of management experience. He has experience in all facets of business with an extensive background in finance, operations and marketing as well as strategic planning and organizational development. He was a senior executive of a Canadian bank and the president of Stratagem Services Inc., a merchant banking firm catering to small and medium sized businesses. He is the recently retired CEO of TerraBioGen.
Blair Heffelfinger
Director, President & CEO
Mr. Heffelfinger brings a strong and relevant microbiology background to TerraBioGen as well as a successful career as a senior executive in a wide range of industries including biotech, cleantech and engineering. He is a proven manager of development stage companies and this experience will play a critical role in developing and implementing TerraBioGen’s successful business strategy. Mr. Heffelfinger holds an M.Sc and MBA from UBC
Theodore Deuel
Director
Mr. Deuel is Chairman of Envirco LLC, a California environmental biotech company based in San Diego, California and President of Deuel International Group, Inc, a 20 year old investment company. Mr. Deuel has extensive executive management and board experience in a wide spectrum of companies in the U.S. and international markets. He holds an Electrical Engineer Degree from Stanford University and an MBA-Finance from the University of Santa Clara.
Thomas Anderson
Director
Mr. Thomas Anderson, BA Econ., MBA has over thirty years direct executive experience involved in running a private group in the leisure, entertainment, advertising, forestry and property development business in Ireland. He has focused on risk management, corporate finance and portfolio diversification. He has a degree in Commerce and Economics and a MBA from the University College Dublin. Mr. Anderson is Non-executive Chairman of Circle Oil and an investor in renewable energy in Canada.
Justin Ribbons
Director
Mr. Ribbons is Chief Executive Officer of Empire Cinemas and has over twenty years experience as an executive of US parented businesses. After gaining his honours degree in law at Manchester University and qualifying as a solicitor in 1988, he joined the international engineering group Ingersoll-Rand becoming European Counsel and later Director of a number of their divisions. A General Counsel and SVP Business Affairs for UCI he played a core role in developing an International cinema circuit for Paramount and Universal Studios before joining Empire as Chief Executive Officer.
David Nairne
Director
Mr. Nairne graduated from UBC and practiced Law before concentrating on real estate development in the mid-1980′s. Over his career, Mr. Nairne has been involved in the construction of over 5,000 homes, 2 million sq ft of commercial office space, and numerous Master Planned communities in the western United States. Mr. Nairne recently returned to Vancouver to pursue a variety of business interests in finance and development.
Jim Ellis
Director
Mr. Ellis has worked with the Boffo Group of Companies for the last 16 years and is currently Project Development and Marketing Manager for Boffo Construction Group Inc. His ability to visualize results have enabled him to anticipate trouble spots and provide early solutions to potential problems; his attention to detail have made a big difference in the successful and profitable completion of a wide range of projects.
Dirk Schillebeeckx
Director
Mr. Schillebeeckx has had extensive experience in working with small cap technology companies and he is currently President and CEO of a software company based in Burnaby, British Columbia. He has an economics degree from the University of Montreal, and has assisted several companies in their early growth stage.
